Terms of Service — Aeronite Pilot's Logbook (KP)
Last updated: October 6, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Service Provider — Keepfly Sp. z o.o., ul. Tomasza Zana 11A, 20-601 Lublin, Poland, VAT: PL7123422185.
- Service / Application — Aeronite KP (Pilot's Logbook), available at kp.aeronite.com — a digital flight logbook and a tool for producing flight experience reports for pilots.
- User — a natural person aged 18 or over who has created an Account and uses the Service.
- Account — the User's individual account created upon registration.
- Free Plan — the free tier of the Service, limited to 50 logbook entries and a reduced feature set.
- Pro Plan — the paid tier with full feature access for 365 days from the date of purchase.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Service requires creating an Account and accepting these Terms.
The User must be at least 18 years old. By creating an Account, the User confirms they meet this requirement.
Each User may hold only one Account.
The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through the Account.
3. Free Plan and Pro Plan
Free Plan is available at no cost, with no time limit. It includes:
- up to 50 entries in the flight logbook,
- a dashboard with flight time statistics,
- tracking of privileges and their expiry dates,
- on-screen flight experience reports.
Pro Plan is a paid tier. The fee is 100 PLN (incl. VAT) for 365 days of access. Pro Plan includes:
- unlimited logbook entries,
- an A4 / PDF printout of the flight experience report with the pilot's declaration,
- CSV export of reports and the list of privileges,
- everything in the Free Plan.
The Pro access fee is a one-time payment — not a recurring subscription. After 365 days, the account reverts to the Free Plan; entries above the Free Plan limit remain visible, but adding new ones requires purchasing access again. The User receives email reminders before access expires.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the scope of the plans or their prices with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Payments
Payments for the Pro Plan are processed via Stripe. Accepted methods: credit/debit card, BLIK, Przelewy24.
All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
A purchase confirmation is sent automatically to the User's email upon successful payment.
5. Refunds
Users who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the User may use the refund button on the "Plan" tab in the Application or send a statement to contact@aeronite.com within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the statement is received, using the same payment method chosen at purchase. Upon refund, the account reverts to the Free Plan.
6. Account Deletion
The User may delete their account at any time in the profile settings.
Users with an active Pro Plan retain access until the end of the paid period. The account is automatically deleted after access expires.
The User receives reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before deletion, with a link to cancel the operation.
After deletion, all User data — including logbook entries and the list of privileges — is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
7. Liability
Reports and printouts generated by the Application are a compilation of data entered by the User. The User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of entries and for keeping the logbook in accordance with applicable regulations (in particular Part-FCL.050).
The Service Provider does not guarantee that reports or printouts generated by the Application will be accepted by every institution (aviation authority, operator, training organisation, examiner) — requirements may vary.
The Service Provider recommends making regular backups of the data using the export available in the Application.
The Service Provider will make every effort to keep the Service available continuously, but is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures.
8. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
