Terms of Service — Aeronite KML

1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- Service Provider — Keepfly Sp. z o.o., ul. Tomasza Zana 11A, 20-601 Lublin, Poland, VAT: PL7123422185.
- Service / Application — Aeronite KML (Aviation Mechanic Logbook), available at kml.aeronite.com — a digital tool for documenting the practical training of aviation mechanic students under Part-66 and Part-147.
- User — a natural person aged 18 or over who has created an Account and uses the Service.
- Account — the User's individual account created upon registration.
- Free Plan — the free tier of the Service, limited to 150 logbook entries.
- Pro Plan — the paid tier with full feature access for 365 days from the date of purchase.
2. Eligibility
Use of the Service requires creating an Account and accepting these Terms.
The User must be at least 18 years old. By creating an Account, the User confirms they meet this requirement.
Each User may hold only one Account.
The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
3. Free Plan and Pro Plan
Free Plan is available at no cost, with no time limit. It includes:
- up to 150 entries in the task logbook,
- basic practice summary,
- voice dictation.
Pro Plan is a paid tier. The fee is 100 PLN (incl. VAT) for 365 days of access. Pro Plan includes:
- unlimited logbook entries,
- PDF printout compliant with EASA Part-66 / Part-147,
- PL ↔ EN translation of entries,
- EASA Part-66 exam tracking,
- ATA statistics and aircraft type activity,
- full practice summary.
The Pro access fee is a one-time payment — not a recurring subscription. After 365 days, the account reverts to the Free Plan. The User receives email reminders before access expires.
4. Payments
Payments for Pro Plan are processed via Stripe. Accepted methods: credit/debit card, BLIK, Przelewy24.
All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
A purchase confirmation is sent automatically to the User's email upon successful payment.
5. Refunds
Users who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, the User should send a statement to: contact@aeronite.com within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method chosen at purchase.
6. Account Deletion
The User may delete their account at any time in the profile settings.
Users with an active Pro Plan retain access until the end of the paid period. The account is automatically deleted after access expires.
The User receives reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before deletion, with a link to cancel the operation.
After deletion, all User data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
7. Liability
Printouts generated by the Application are a compilation of data entered by the User. The User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of entries.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that printouts generated by the Application will be accepted by every institution (university, aviation authority) — requirements may vary.
The Service Provider will make every effort to keep the Service available continuously, but is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures.
8. Changes to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
